Last year my wife filed for a devorce from me. and i have been living out of state and just moved back in to state.and just recently found out she filed for it back in march 2006 we are friends at the moment and i was wondering if the paper work is still good so i can sighn it? and if i can how can i go about it?? cuz i want to sign it and getr on with our lives.

You don't "Sign" the divorce papers. You can sign a separation agreement which becomes the divorce decree and both of you submit it to the court as an agreed entry.
