va. my husband left a month ago. i was served to appear at court for the impending seperation, but neither he or his lawyer showed for court and i was dismissed. we had worked out a seperation agreement but have yet to recieve anything from his lawyer. he has hired a pi, used tracking devices, and wired tapped me in the past. is there any way i can stop him from spying on me now.

If he didn't LEGALLY collect any information, then he can't use it in court.

Yes, but not all recordings are illegal. OP should start by looking up the laws in her state to see what CAN be used.
Of course, you're right that the best response to this situation is to stay out of trouble.
