No, you can't sue her; however, you can sue him -- for divorce.

It always amazes me that when a spouse has an affair, the injured party wants to go after the third party. It's the spouse who promised to be faithful to their mate, not the person with whom they have an affair.

I'm glad Grandma B said it. I never did even understand that law. By suing someone else you're taking your anger out on the wrong person. It's the whole issue of how I'm sure a gun wasn't put to their head so they would cheat.... GEEZZZZ
