Can My Ex Change our Final Marital Agreement After the Divorce is Final??

My divorce was final last month. Our final Marital Settlement Agreement to which we both agreed, signed and notarized said that the husband would be responsible for any and all taxes owed as we filed jointly. I am self employed and there are taxes owed from my business. Can he take me to court and force me to pay the taxes after he agreed to pay all of them??What is the name of your state?

Are you talking about the taxes on your joint return? Or are you talking about other business taxes that don't appear on your joint return. If he agreed to pay the taxes on your joint return, then he has to pay them, whether your business was responsible for generating the balance due or not.
