can my ex make me refinance (part 2)

I just inquired about whether or not my ex can force me tto refinance assets that he gave to me in our divorce. You answered "your ex cant, but the court can". So, what happens if he were to take me to court and they ruled that I had to refinance, but for some reason couldn't get approved? Would he be entitled to try and take the house back?
