What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Jersey.
My wife and I are British and got married there 14 years ago. We are currently separated and we have decided to get divorced. We have lived in New Jersey for 5 years and have been permanent residents for the last two years or so. We have two children who we'd like to see continue to grow up in the US so neither of us have plans to go back to the UK. So the question is : can we get our divorce in NJ?
