my divorce status says
9/06/07 Dismisal for want of prosecution.... can someone tell me what that means ?????

it would appear the suit for divorce has been dismissed due to inaction from the plantiff.

but you must be psychic. September is still 2 months away.

Im so confused

Both people signed a wavier on 2/26/07 to proceed if nothing is done on the case from then till now meaning no other papers sent in are they saying it will be dismissed if they dont get them by sept possibly?

unless the date was incorrect and it was already dismissed 6/09/07.

well, you can't just let things set there. somebody has to take the bull by the horns and get this done if you'all want to get divorced. It won't finish itself.
