Can a spouse put a claim on property after the divorce is final?

I have a friend who's divorce was final 3 months ago. The final papers have been signed. This couple was married approx 2 years. He was served with papers this week requesting his appearance in court over the property he lives in and his retirement benefits. His x-wife is claiming she signed the divorce papers under emotional distess. She feels she is entitled to 50 percent of the house and half of his retirement benefits and stocks. Can she do this? The property in question is his residence. I'd appreciate any help you can give me Thank you for your time!

She can certainly TRY, but chances are that she is going to fail.
