CanadaWhat is the name of your state? South Carolina My wife (from Canada) and i got married in Canada, then moved back down to South Carolina - where i am from. We have been seperated for over a year now and she has moved back to Canada. I would like to pursue a divorce. Can i get a divorce in South Carolina or do i have to go back to Canada and get a divorce? There are no children, and we do not own anything together. | If you do not know how to get in touch with her, how do you KNOW she is in fact living in Canada?? |

| Find a local divorce attorney and schedule a brief consultation to answer your questions.
