Can anyone tell me if this has been done before: Changing your mind after you file an annulment and want to stay in the marriage? State of Texas.

My response:

A Petitioner (the person who started the action) can "cancel" (known as "dismiss") their action any time prior to final judgment. All you need to do is file a form "Request for Dismissal" with the clerk - - and voila ! Your action is over - - just as if you never filed anything in the first place.
