cant afford divorce

What is the name of your state?cant afford divorceWhat is the name of your state? nevada
i am the single mother of 5 kids liveing w/a terminnal illness.income is survivors benifits, cant afford to get divorced. is there a way to waive fees so i can file?

Hon, if you are living with a terminal illness is divorce really a priority? You may be worrying about things that are not really important....or won't really make a difference to the children you leave behind.

Get yourself a consult with an attorney (many of them will give free initial consults) and get your questions answered. Then you will know if divorce makes any real difference in your situation.
