Cant find Husband

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
I filed for divorce 2 years ago. I have not seen my husband or talked to him in 2 and a half years. We have 4 children together. I have child support order from OAG but I am not recieving. I think he is living in Oxford, PA. I have tried myself to find him because after trying several things, the judge wants to appoint an attorney to protect my husbands rights and I have to pay for it. THIS IS ABSURD.

Is there a different way to handle this? Is it possible that my attorney is not doing what he can? I have already paid him I am just screwed if I try to hire a new one.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Were you always living in Texas or did you move there?

I always have lived in TX he moved to MD in 2005
