In seeking a divorce, the Respondent has her parents listed as her address, but actually lives with friends.

There was an attempt to serve divorce papers at the friend's house but they denied even knowing the Respondent.

My questions are: If her parents refuse to accept papers on her behalf, can Respondent be served at work?

If she cannot be served at work and cannot be located, can a notice be posted in the newspaper be sufficient service?

Can the Petitioner be denied a divorce if the Respondent is not actually served?
