What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana

My ex-husband and I have been divorced for almost a year. Just before we separated, we both purchased new cars with the other being the co-signer. In the divorce agreement, we would each be solely responsible for our own vehicles, although with no changes to the title or loans. I just received a letter from the loan company for default on his vehicle, which has already been repossessed. Do I have any legal involvement in this matter and will it affect my credit, considering he is also filing for bankruptcy. Thank you.
