Child Support

What is the name of your state? PA

My husband left August of 2005 and we have an 8 yr.old son. He has barely sent any money to help with expenses. I want to know how I go about getting him to send his share. I pay for everything even his health insurance. I do not want to have to keep calling him for money. I find it very hard and fustrating. He says he will send money and then he never does. I was laid off this year for 5 months and I am falling behind on bills. What do you think I should do?
