What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa. Signed divorce proposal states no child support. Can wife come back later and request and receive child support.

sure thing. child support can be modified, closed, opened at anytime till the child is of legal age. and if there are arrears, it can be closed, opened, and modified even after that.

based on a change of circumstance at most times.

Actually, it normally doesn't even take a change in circumstances if child support was not ordered in the first place.

Of course, that assumes that the mother is either the primary custodial parent or its 50/50 and the father's income is higher than the mother's.

The bottom line however is that child support is fluid and modifiable. No agreement is ever cast in concrete for the entire minority of the child.
