choosing the correct form

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? FL

My husband and I have been separated for a year now. He moved to Maine
and I reside in Florida. His ID is still with the Florida address.
We are getting a divorce (no-fault), no children, no property. (I am the petitioner).
There are two forms to choose form:
1.Dissolution of marriage with no property or minor children
Both parties agree OR
2.Dissolution of marriage with no property or minor children
Personal service

Which one is the right one for this situation?
Also, he will not be able to come to Florida for a hearing.

Please help.

If you know that he won't come to court in Florida, its probably wisest to go with number 2.
