Circuit Court vs Domestic Court
Virginia-
Been divorced for over a year, went to today to have issues moved from circuit court to domestic court-judge ruled no-WHY- ex gets on the stand crying -stating you are the one that understands me-blah blah blah--I feel victized, and disguested- I am compliant in every way re: support, alimimony-- what are my chance if i file an appeal to VA court of appeals-- this judge is so biased against me-why does divorce issues need to be in circuit court?! PLease someone advise me!??????
