What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA

Back in May, I had my Attorney draft a letter to my spouse requesting some items from the house I needed and some personal items of mine, and nothing came of it. I recently found out that I can take a police escort to my house and get my personal things...My spouse refuses to give me my college degrees and my shoes and my baby's crib...etc. Would you recommend I do this or wait? I really want to get my college degrees before he throws them out.

Also, my child just turned two, and according to the court-ordered temporary parenting plan, he gets 1 overnight weeknight each week and every other extended weekend, and he won't agree to making this a final plan. What are the chances that the court will give him 50% time with her?

Help!!!

i'd request the civil standby. it's amazing how immediately flexible a person can be if a police officer showed up.

the baby's crib and other hugee items, might have to be listed as property for a judge to order a release for if husband balks at those leaving.

dad has a good chance at 50/50 time with her. you gave no reason why it would not be good for the child.

Since she stated that he has an "extended" weekend every other weekend, he may already be close to 50/50. Friday to Monday morning and two nights a week are 50/50. He has at least 5 nights out of 14 already, if his weekend is any more extended than that then he would be very close to 50/50 now.

The case involves domestic violence and I did have the cops come out couple times, but it was stupidity on part that I never filed a report. The judge who ordered the temporary custody plan, did warn him that I was being reasonable generous and given the case, if the issue didn't get resolved outside the court, the decision would most likely sway in my favor. Does this count for anything?

I worry, because now he is becoming more involved as far as her daycare and her transition into another classroom and he never showed that much interest before. He lives 30miles away and I worry with 50/50 time about the constant shuffle back and forth for a two-year old:(

well, honey, dad becoming involved now, is not a reason to worry. IT'S A GOOD THING!! you're lucky. the NCP in my case, is STILL not involved. THAT is a reason to worry. if i die, he won't know what to do.
