What is the name of your state? Missouri

I divorced an abusive alcoholic 9 years ago and left with my clothes and my 3 children. The only thing he had to pay was $50 a week child support. I never thought to ask for more because I feared what he would do. I have not married and am facing retirement after only a few years of working. He is financially very well off. Can I go back and legally get half his retirement? CB

My response:

No, that opportunity ended when the judge signed the final decree 9 years ago. It's over - - forever.
