Some friends went to Tennessee and ended up getting married about 10 years ago. They have been seperated(living in different states/homes) for years. He told her they are legally divorced because of a common law rule. I cant find any info on common law divorce, just that common law marriage doesnt exist in this state. Can anyone help by giving me a link to where I could find info on this?
