i have resided in nc since 1995. before that i had lived in oklahoma all my life. in 1984 my wife and i married, then in 1987 we were legaly divorced. in 1988 we began cohabitating as a married couple , but never remarried. In 1995 we moved to north carolina where we reside today. would we be considered, by nc law to be a common law marriage? thank you
