Question

Community Property

What is the name of your state? WISCONSIN
My husband & I were involved in a horrible auto accident. He received his settlement, which was all his. I have yet to receive mine, and it will be substancial. Due to Wisconsin being a community property state, is he entitled to half of my settlement? Please help me.
