Being that AZ is one of the community property states is why this question is coming into play. It is inevitable that my marriage is going to result in a divorce however, it hasn't reached that time as of yet. In the meantime, I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle to use as a toy. My Spouse is against the idea and is "not allowing" me to make the purchase b/c she wants NO involvement with it; she wants no financial responsibility. I am making the purchase using a business line of credit, of which I am the sole owner of the business.

My questions are...
By law, according to community property, would she still have financial responsibilty to this incurred debt? AND, as for any asset made down the road, can it be documented that she will not be entitled to such asset?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
