Confused

What is the name of your state?texas

My husband and I have been seperated for over a year, not legaly just moved out. He is in the army stationed out of Ft. Lewis,Washington. I have moved back home to Texas with our 2 children. He will be filing divorce papers in Washington St. I have been living with my bf for almost a year. He was recently arrested for a violation of protective order.(he hasn't been to his PO in a year, long story)Anyways, husband is now upset cuz bf is in jail and husband knows our kids love bf. Husband is threatning to take kids away if bf comes back to my house. He is manipulating who I can't live or live with by threatning me with taking our kids. He knows and I know that he can't take care of them. Our kids have Cystic Fibrosis, a disease that needs alot of caring for which he can't do cuz he is Special forces. He is gone all the time cuz of his job. Can he do this to me? He wants to stipulate in the divorce papers that I can't have anymore live-in bfs(this was before bf was arrested) if this bf and me don't make it work. Can he do that? He also wants to stipulate that I can't move our kids anymore from where we are at now. In the past year, I have moved several times with the kids, but he has been in contact with them. He knows they are taken care of etc ... So can he do this to me? I have no way of fighting this, cuz I can't really work cuz of my kids. They require alot of caring cuz of their disease.Should I worry?
Please and Thank you .

yes the judge can grant his request to have something in the order saying neither party can live with a member of the opposite sex who is not their spouse. if you have lived with a few bf the judge is likely to grant that request.

No, I did not move in with bf straight from moving from husbands. Was at my parents for a few months. And this has been the only bf, I have lived with since I got seperated.

Your ex husband could make a case for custody out of this.

I really don't think that dad can in this case. The kids have Cystic Fibrosis which means that they require a great deal of care, and dad is in the military, special forces. I think that he would have to prove mom totally unfit to get custody.

However, I do agree that she is not being wise in living with this particular boyfriend.
