Confused about Texas community property

I am confused about Community Property Law in Texas. I am going through a divorce and have Temporary use of the home we both own. Husband has no right on property due to orders and protective order. The child support is not enough to cover the house payment and bills. My friend (male) has offered to move in to help with the expenses. Can husband order that he not be there? What rights does husband have? Can I lose the house due to having a roommate?
