I will be testifiying Monday the 28 for my spousal support hearing. I also understand this will be about "conservation of assets" what exactly does that mean and how should I prepare for this hearing on both subjects. I am seeking spousal support from my husband who makes aprox 3 times as much as I do. We have already had a referee hearing in which the outcome was for him to pay 108.00 a week . NOw since they objected we will go before the judge. thanks
