Contempt Pending

Is it possible to file a "Motion for a more lenient pay schedule" in georgia.
The order equired $10,000.00 down with 2g's a month to follow. We are askiing for 3g down and 500.00 per month.

Probably not. If its a property settlement you were lucky to be allowed to make installment payments at all.
