Contested Divorce

If a resident of Nevada wishes to file a contested divorce and the defendant lives in Mexico, what are the laws regarding serving a divorce in another country? Nevada

Why do you feel that the other party will contest the divorce? In any case, this really isn't one you should be doing on your own. This is really one where you should have an attorney.
