Convert Divorce to Legal Separation?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

Are you divorced NOW?

Then the only way to change that status would be to remarry that person and then separate.

Which just MIGHT set off a warning bell at the old insurance company....

More info...

I filed divorce papers and had her served last week. Now I am considering just doing the legal seperation instead of divorce.
