Could you tell me if a divorce in Haiti would be valid in Texas if only one party did it without the other's consent?
Already in Divorce Court and Attorney's have cost me $80,000.00 and we only have temporary orders until we go to court in April of 2003.
Could my spouse contest the divorce? Please give me any kind of info the help me stop this!
