Counseling time?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

Can I ask the Judge for counseling time with my husband during our separation agreement?

Why bother?

If the judge has to order it (even if he would do so), it probably wouldn't do any good. The only real chance for counseling to succeed is if the parties enter into it willingly.
