What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MD
My wife's lawyer who has filed the complaint for absolute divorce is asking that the courts incorporate but not merge the separation agreement into the courts judgment of absolute divorce. In that aggreement we have settled everything to do with the marriage and properties without any exchange of money. Is this just another attempt by him to have the judge issue an order to have me pay some of her legal and/or court costs? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
