I have a friend in Louisiana, she is separated from an abusive husband. She was having financial problems so her and her husband reached an agreement, they would share custody of their two year old. She moved to another town for a better job, they were supposed to meet every two weeks, to trade. He now refuses to let her see him. What can she do to get her baby back? She is only in a financial bind because of the debt they accrued together. She tried to do what was right and not fight with him and now she's losing whats most important.
