If a father has joint costudy and is not obeying by the costudy agreements like not seeing the child, not providing health insurance but is reaping the benifits like claiming the child on his taxes can he go to jail or be required to pay back the tax return money or what would be his punishment if any?

Nothing you have said he is doing is criminal.

But if you want to spend lots of money and spend lots of time, take his butt back to court and tell the judge what a bad person he is.

If he is court ordered to provide insurance and isn't doing it, you can file contempt.
