Is it legal to post a notice in area newspaper
stating "I (name) am no longer responsible for debts incurred by (names)"
Or can this statement be used?
"As of the 5th of September 2002, I (name) am
no longer responsible incurred by (name)"

Had been told that if you post this in a newspaper
for 3 consecutive days, then you are not libable
for any debts - is this true?
