What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

1. Married and divorced in Michigan
2. Jointly own property in MI and FL.
3. Property settlement is I get Fl. home she gets MI home.
4. I am Fl resident she is MI resident.
5. What deed form is needed to change FL home to just my name?
6. What else, if anything do I need to prove the proprty is now legally mine
so I can get a new deed recorded?

Yes, there is a mortgage and nothing in the settlement says I have to refinance.
It will be difficult to get it solely in your name until you do, and you could also have problems with your current mortgage company if you try to do it without refinancing.
