delayed CA divorce interfering with remarriage

My wife and I have been separated for five years. I was under the impression the paperwork was finalized years ago, but recently I've learned she didn't complete the filings. She's not cooperating and refuses to give me the case number. I have two main concerns:
  1. Can I get the 6 months waived due to her neglegence?
  2. How can I get the case number to follow the progress from AZ?

Any help is desparately appreciated.

You cant get the 6 months waived because the have to stick with court policies !!!!

If you know the county she filied in you can get the case info by calling and telling them your names or you can start over and file yourself in the county you live in now as long as you have lived there for a while. But no matter what theres nothing you can do about the 6 months thing. Unless you both agree on all the issues!!! GOOD LUCK!!
