Question

deportation/divorce

What is the name of your state? utah

My husband was convicted of a felony he will be deported.
Is there a waiting period to file for divorce and what about signature from him. We married in 97. We did not file appropriate paperwork with INS. So his status is over staying his student visa 20 years ago.
