What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MASS

I am wondering if, as a Resident Alien, I am able to Plead the 5th to a question I do not wish to answer.

The 5th Amendment deals with not wishing to incriminate yourself for a criminal act. What do you not wish to answer? In a deposition by the way you pretty much have to answer everything.
