desperate

What is the name of your state? Texas
I need to know if someone can get a divorce here in texas even though the couple got married in mexico. and both parties are illegal immigrants. Although they do have a child born here in texas.

Hmmmm...DO illegals WANT to get noticed by "the system?"

Google "illegal immigrant" and "TX" and "divorce," see what happens.

It certainly wouldn't be a wise move in my opinion.
