desperate and fearing !!!

What is the name of your state? My husband filed a petition of dissolution 11-23-04. Since then we have been fighting back and forth with restraining orders. I have custody of our 16 yr. old son. I have the house right now. I have to respond to the petition by Feb. 1. Can any one tell me what I can do. I need to find out how to analyze a company to find its worth. What is a legal separation? We have a concrete business and a house on the lake and property where the bussiness is located. I am very concerned.

Consult an attorney, they will know how to respond and how to make such determinations.
