What is the name of your state? oregon
As per the rules of divorce of my state I complied with the order and disclosed my assets as of june 5 2003 the day we separated but she has only disclosed everything up until that date. she has had over sixty days to do so and my attorney has just now filed an order to her bank to disclose. i have found out through a mutual friend that she has moved all but her checking account out of oregon to california. CD, portfolios, etc. can the court reach those assts?
