dissoultion of marrage

What is the name of your state?arkansas
my wife filed for dissolution of marriage with temp custody of our son, but the papers filed are in the wrong name, does this mean anything at all, i hope it means they are null and void so i can file them myself. but i dont know

Define what you mean by the wrong name? If its a derivation of your name...or if its just a typo, it would likely be corrected without causing the case to be dismissed.
