What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

What are my rights to property that was bought by my ex before the divorce was final? My ex is trying to sell it now and needs my signature. My ex did not disclose this during the filing of the divorce. Am I entitled to half?

Frankly, unless she used marital funds for the downpayment and did not disclose them, you're probably not entitled to any of it - either legally or morally.
