I have recently inherited a large amount of money, from my grandmother. Some came directly from the will and the majority came from a trust. My husband claims that half is his, because of the divorce laws of the state. But I read that inheritance is not divided. Does this also include what I have received from the trust? Does it also include anything we have bought with money from the will or trust?
