division of propertyWhat is the name of your state? Kansas Things between my wife and I are degrading quickly and I fear we may be getting divorced soon. My question is regarding division of property, particularly our house. We bought our house together before we were married. Both of our names were on the original purchase documents, but I provided all the cash needed for the down payment. Since I provided all the cash needed, do I have any grounds on which to keep the house for myself? Thanks...Peaz |

| Why don't you hire an attorney and file for divorce before she does.
