Divorce


What is the name of your state? Indiana
Getting divorce, lot of assests. 1 home worth 90K sold on contract ballon pmt. due 1 yr. paid for. 1 house worth 90k sold on contract owe 80k balloon pmt. due 6 months, and our residence 150k owe 117k. How can I get my 50%ASAP? X has transfered kids in another County and I need the $to get a house for us.

There are a lot of ways to ensure your financial future and divide the assets in a fair fashion, but they're too lengthy to go into in a posting like this.

However, none of them is going to happen overnight.

Given that there are kids and property involved, I would suggest that you hire an attorney and get someone on your side.
