What is the name of your state? mississippi

If both parties agree that they want a divorce.
What does the judge do when the husband wants the wife to pay his attorney fees?
I have grounds of abuse and he has grounds for adultery. He has no proff,but word of mouth. I have written reports from officers and hospitals proving the abuse.

Also what proff does he have to have to prove adultry?
