Divorce


utah

i met someone i want to marry, but had trouble serving guy i married, his whereabouts are unknown, if i go ahead with divorce through publication or certified mail what can i expect from the court about my new relationship? i have one child. also if my new man supports me financially what to expect from the judge?? if i don't have a job, are they going to take my daughter??? or except the new guy and grant a divorce??? HELP ME PLEASE
